Anaerobic Digestion
Controlled environment condusive to encourage specific stages of anaerobic digestion, particularly acidogenesis and methanogenesis, to maximize biogas yield and COD reduction.
Effluent Post Treatment
Removal of residual organic matters in effluent after anaerobic digestion through flocculation and filtering processes.
Biogas Power Generation
Biogas captured in anaerobic digesters is treated to remove its corrosive Hydrogen Sulfide content and then fed to biogas engines for electric power generation.

Wastes
Solvent Extraction
Using hexane as solvent to dissolve residual oil in palm mesocarp fiber and subsequently separate it from mixed liquer through distillation. Post processing to maximize hexane recovery.
Mechanical Press
Empty Fruit Bunch is mechanically dewatered while the slurry is further treated with vibratory screen separator and clarifier to recover its residual oil.
Drying and Densification
Dewatered palm fiber is dried using suitable dryer and densified to desired mass density and geometry depending on the final applications.
